Meet the therapist

Welcome! I’m Madison, the owner of Clinical Mental Health Solutions LLC and your future therapist!

I'm a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with degrees from Abilene Christian University and Fordham University. Before opening my private practice, I worked alongside law enforcement as a mental health co-responder, assessing individuals experiencing active mental health crises and responding on scene to 911 behavioral health calls.

My approach is compassionate, validating, and direct. I want you to feel genuinely understood in therapy, while also feeling challenged and supported as you grow. Together, we'll uncover the patterns behind your struggles, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy is a clinical treatment- not simply a conversation or a place to vent. Throughout treatment, I continually assess your symptoms, progress, and goals to determine the interventions that will best support your healing. My role is to provide evidence-based care, honest feedback, practical strategies, and accountability so you can make real progress.

Outside of therapy, I’m a big believer in finding balance and making time for the things that make life enjoyable. I love yoga, traveling, spending time with my two kittens, and I unapologetically love Taylor Swift. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self, not just the version of you that is struggling.

In addition to my indoor office, patients have access to a private outdoor space on the building grounds, complete with a pond, walking path, and seating areas. I offer outdoor and walk-and-talk sessions for those who feel more at ease in nature or benefit from movement during therapy.

Being outside can support grounding, reduce stress, and offer fresh air, creating a calming and restorative space for reflection.
