Healing starts here

Madison Meyerson, LSCSW

Support that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward.

Feeling depressed, stressed, or out of control? Life can leave you overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

In therapy, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported through whatever season you’re in. Together, we’ll focus on learning practical tools, improving communication, and helping you better understand and manage intense emotions.

Services

  • Individual therapy offers a confidential, one-on-one setting where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the guidance of a trained professional. Using evidence-based approaches, we work collaboratively to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

Treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals, focusing on building insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering long-term emotional well-being. My goal is to support meaningful change and empower clients to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.

  • Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive environment for partners to address relationship challenges and strengthen their connection. Through evidence-based approaches, I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy.

Whether you are experiencing ongoing conflict, navigating life transitions, or seeking to enhance your relationship, therapy is tailored to meet your shared goals. Our work focuses on fostering understanding, promoting healthy patterns, and creating lasting, positive change within the relationship.

  • DBT Skills Group

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group focuses on teaching practical, evidence-based skills to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress effectively.

    Core DBT skills include:

    • Mindfulness

    • Distress tolerance

    • Emotion regulation

    • Interpersonal effectiveness

    • Creating a life worth living

This structured group is ideal for individuals seeking to build resilience, reduce emotional reactivity, and improve overall functioning.

    Women’s Support Group

The Women’s Support Group offers a safe, empowering space for women to share experiences, build connections, and support one another through life’s challenges.

    This group focuses on:

    • Emotional support and connection

    • Stress, anxiety, and life transitions

    • Self-esteem and personal growth

    • Balancing roles and responsibilities

Participants are encouraged to express themselves openly while gaining strength and insight from a community of peers.

Please note: Group sessions are reserved for clients currently engaged in therapy services. At this time, I am not offering group enrollment as a standalone service.

  • The diagnostic assessment and evaluation services provide a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and challenges. Using evidence-based tools and structured interviews, I gather detailed information about emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and developmental functioning.

This process allows me to accurately identify concerns, clarify diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment recommendations.

  • Immigration evaluations are professional assessments used to support individuals in immigration cases, such as hardship waivers, asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA petitions, and cancellation of removal.

These evaluations involve a comprehensive clinical interview and, when needed, standardized assessments to understand the emotional and psychological impact of trauma, separation, or other life circumstances. A detailed report is then prepared for use by attorneys, courts, and immigration officials.

All services are provided with cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.

  • The Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluation service provides a thoughtful and individualized assessment of each person’s emotional and mental health needs. Using clinical judgment, evidence-based practices, and a structured consultation process, I gather relevant information about emotional, psychological, and functional well-being.

This process allows me to determine whether an Emotional Support Animal is clinically appropriate and, when applicable, provide a professionally written ESA letter that supports your need for reasonable housing accommodations.
